Disable the Public Scheduling Link (Customer Links Only)
Last updated: September 12, 2026
Every facility in Conduit has a general public scheduling page (for example, https://getconduit.ai/scheduling/yourfacility) that any carrier can use to request an appointment.
If you'd rather control exactly who can book with you, turn on Customer Links Only. Carriers will then only be able to book through the customer-specific scheduling links you send them, and the general scheduling page will tell anyone who lands on it to request a link from your facility.
Instructions
From Conduit, click Settings.

Select the Customers tab.
Turn on the toggle for Customer Links Only. With this setting on, carriers can only book through the customer scheduling links listed below the toggle. Your general scheduling page stays live, but instead of showing open time slots it tells visitors to get a scheduling link from you.

You're done! Copy the scheduling link for each customer from
the list below the toggle and send it to the carriers who book on that customer's behalf.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do carriers see if they go to our general scheduling page?
They'll see a message directing them to request a scheduling link from your facility instead of a list of available appointment slots. No booking can be completed from that page while Customer Links Only is on.
Does this affect appointments that are already on the schedule?
No. Turning on Customer Links Only changes how new appointment requests can be submitted. Existing appointments stay exactly as they are.
Can our team still create appointments inside Conduit?
Yes. This setting only applies to external booking. Anyone with Editor access to the facility can still create appointments manually, including Work-Ins. For more information, read Schedule an Appointment (Manual Creation).
Where do I find each customer's scheduling link?
In the same place you turned the setting on: Settings › Customers. Each customer in the list has its own scheduling link you can copy and share.
Can I turn the public scheduling page back on?
Yes. Return to Settings › Customers and toggle Customer Links Only back off. Your general scheduling page will immediately start accepting requests again.
