Conduit is Moving to app.getconduit.ai
Last updated: October 23, 2026
On November 8, 2026, the Conduit web app is moving from getconduit.ai to app.getconduit.ai. This covers every part of the platform your team and your carriers use — facility, scheduling, and check-in.
Your existing links will keep working. The main thing we need from customers is a quick check with your IT or network team before the move.
What is changing
The app address. Conduit will be served from
app.getconduit.ai. The top-levelgetconduit.aiwill become our public website.Your existing links still work. Bookmarks, links inside emails, and printed QR codes will redirect to the new address automatically. You do not need to reprint signage or re-send links.
A short service window. The app may be briefly unavailable, likely for a few minutes.
Nothing else about Conduit changes. Same features, same data, same login.
What we need from you
1. Ask your IT team to allow *.getconduit.ai
If your facilities use firewalls, web filtering, MDM or device policies, or restricted Wi-Fi, the app could stop loading after the move. Ask your IT or network team to confirm that *.getconduit.ai is not blocked or restricted. The wildcard is important — it covers the new app address and every other Conduit subdomain, now and in the future.
The places this matters most:
Check-in tablets and kiosks on managed devices
Company-issued phones and laptops used by your dock and scheduling teams
Guest or driver Wi-Fi at your facilities
2. Check any devices where Conduit is installed as an app
If Conduit is installed to a device's home screen, that icon still points at the old address. In most cases the device will prompt you to move it, but this varies by device — on some, the installed app will simply stop working correctly after the move.
The fix is to reinstall Conduit from app.getconduit.ai. See Downloading the Conduit App for the steps.
If your IT team force-installs Conduit as an app on managed devices — through the Google Admin console, or Chrome's WebAppInstallForceList policy via Intune, Group Policy, or a macOS configuration profile — those apps will not move on their own. Email [email protected] and we will send migration steps for your setup.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to update our bookmarks, QR codes, or saved links?
No. Every existing getconduit.ai link will redirect to its app.getconduit.ai equivalent automatically. Printed QR codes at your gates and docks will continue to work, and you do not need to reprint anything.
Will Conduit be down? For how long?
There is a short service window at cutover, likely a few minutes. We will confirm the exact date and time in advance. Outside that window, Conduit will be available as normal.
Will my team have to sign in again?
Yes, once. Everyone is signed out at cutover and signs back in with the same credentials. Nothing about your account, users, or settings changes.
What do I tell my IT team?
Ask them to confirm that *.getconduit.ai is not blocked or restricted by firewalls, web filtering, MDM or device policies, or Wi-Fi settings. That single wildcard entry is all that is needed. If they find a restriction they need help with, or have questions about the change, email [email protected] and we will work with them directly.
Does this affect our integrations or API connections?
No. Production integrations already connect to a dedicated API address, which is not changing. Nothing needs to be updated on your side.
We sign in with SSO. Does anything change for us?
We have already reached out to every customer using SSO about the configuration steps on their end. If you sign in with SSO and have not heard from us, email [email protected] so we can confirm your setup before the move.
Our carriers and drivers use the scheduling and check-in links. Do they need to do anything?
No. Their links redirect automatically, and the check-in flow is unchanged. If a driver reaches check-in over your guest Wi-Fi, make sure *.getconduit.ai is allowed on that network.
Why is Conduit making this change?
Today our app and our public website live on separate domains. Consolidating everything under getconduit.ai makes Conduit easier to find, easier to trust, and simpler for your IT team to reason about — one domain instead of several.
